The instrument is read by the imaging device in turn to read the changes of the fiber length before and after the heating of the fiber on the cylinder frame, and the average heat shrinkage and coefficient of variation of the fiber are calculated automatically. The test process is monitored by the computer and the test results are automatically displayed and printed.
